BIW Safety is committed to providing its users good privacy practices regarding electronic personal information. We operate computer systems that are developed by our technical group and also partner with external organizations for our job listing/resume database and workforce development services. Information collected by our in-house systems is used to provide and tailor services to our customers. Information is also used to construct aggregate reports that assist us in program planning. We request information form you on our online registration form and for your profile. To buy from us, you must provide certain minimum information (like name, shipping address, card address to pay by credit, and phone number and email address) and financial information (like a credit card, valid address, and expiration date and card codes). If you agree to sign up for an account which provides an identification card and include health information on your profile, you have an option to opt in or out of this section and to keep this information private depending on the job and your personal preferences. This service is not provided to outside parties and is only available by you or through your profile via your personal Identification card as you specify. We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for courses and services or goods. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond the filling of your orders and courses.
